Relativity Certified Reseller

Relativity Certified Reseller

In order to offer our clients flexible software deployment options and right-sized levels of support for their organization, kCura created the Relativity Certified Reseller program. This program gives law firms and corporations the option to purchase a license of Relativity in conjunction with a reseller, which can provide additional benefits such as local support and training, end-user support, infrastructure/environment support and maintenance, and eDiscovery project management services. This certification ensures that a Relativity Certified Reseller is able to provide informed sales, technical, and administrative support before and after the software evaluation process.

Relativity Certified Sales Pro

Relativity Certified Sales Professional

It is important that any Relativity presentation, whether from kCura or from a partner, speaks to the full capabilities of the application in an easy to understand way. It is also critical that the individual demonstrating the software has a good command of Relativity's capabilities explaining both what the software can and cannot do. We've put together the rigorous Certified Sales Professional program to evaluate sales professionals on their knowledge of Relativity, as well as their presentation skills. By seeing a demonstration from a Relativity Certified Sales Professional, you can be assured you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the software presented in an engaging way.

Scalability

Relativity is based on Microsoft SQL. It can reliably handle millions of documents and hundreds of concurrent users without stumbling. The largest ever Relativity database was 30+ million records and have several hundred concurrent users. Even with those staggering loads, Relativity was responsive and reliable over the course of review.

Workflow

One of Relativity’s prime strengths is its ability to support defined workflows. Documents can “waterfall” from one review step to another. Documents can be batched and presented to specific work teams for specific review tasks. There are documents marked responsive and ready for privilege review? Relativity can automatically create batches of documents that meet that criteria and feed them to the privilege review team.

Security

Relativity allows us to control security at a very granular level. We can ensure that users see only the documents they should, can perform only the functions they should and have access to only the work product they should. Relativity even allows us to prevent user actions like screen shots, copying text and printing documents. We can even go so far as to restrict users to specific IP addresses, which can ensure reviewers only see documents when they log in from specific locations.

Pivot tools

One of the common challenges in review databases is getting clear, concise information about what’s in the data. How many documents for a custodian have been marked privileged? Which custodian has the most email? Which custodian has the most email in January of 2006? In the past, gaining this kind understanding was often times difficult, required extensive queries or, in the case of other review tools, just plain impossible. kCura has added “Pivot” to Relativity, which puts real informational analysis in the hands of clients. It’s easy to rapidly build pivot tables that add perspective to document review in Relativity.
