Native File Collect is the product of Affirm Discovery. Native File Collect allows for a cost effective, sophisticated and forensically sound litigation support solution that assists our clients in the Identification, Preservation, Filtration and Collection of electronic data for use in litigation. The software can be run manually or can run in automated mode.

The application was developed specifically for use by paralegals, lawyers, IT personnel and other representatives of corporations and law departments that have a need to collect electronic data in response to a discovery request, no matter how broad the request may be, in a forensically sound manner. Our patent pending architecture also allows for the substitution of multiple database platforms used in the application to ensure scalability based on client demand and usage requirements.

Forensic principles are the cornerstone of its design and aid the users of our software to collect data in a defensible manner through a wizard driven interface. The application is simple to use and is portable. Native File Collect is run from a USB drive and does not need to install any software on the target computer that relevant data is being collected from.
