Preservation of Evidence
All client data is preserved using the EnCase Evidence File format.  Whether we collected the data or the data was received in raw format from the client, the content is cataloged, an Evidence File is created, and an additional copy of the evidence file is made for redundancy.  Chain of custody is also started and maintained from the time we receive the data.

Data Recovery & Analysis
We leverage forensic software and court accepted methodologies to perform data recovery and analysis.  Areas of typical concentration include recovery of deleted files, recovery of deleted file systems, and specific analysis based on client’s request or case specific criteria.

Analysis of User Activity
Areas of typical concentration include web browsing and download activity, as well as any suspected transfer of data to and from the examined device.

Password Protected Files
Password protected files and encryption are handled as directed by client.  We employ state-of-the-art technology to provide a range of protective services from simple password breaking, to the application of dictionary attacks against locked files.

Expert Reporting
We construct written and detailed reports based on findings of analysis based on client requests.  Affidavits and Testimony are also provided in the event needed or requested.

Data Forensic Investigation
We handle all forensic level investigations and work directly with the client in establishing the areas of concentration.  We have experience in all types of investigations including, but not limited to, employment matters, fraud, contract disputes, spoliation claims, and authentication of data disputes.
