We meet with each applicant and conduct thorough interviews to assess level of experience, character and skill set. Furthermore, we conduct meticulous reference and background screenings, as well as preliminary conflict checks before assigning candidates to a project.

We also have our own review facility in San Francisco, Palo Alto and Los Angeles that is fully integrated, scalable, and a low-cost solution for hosting reviews off-site.
