Evolve Discovery assures that our Facilities and Data Management are in our client's are best interest. Evolve Discovery's hosting infrastructure resides within a secure SSAE 16 data center which provides a high level of security, redundancy and reliability for our application systems.
All our web servers are hosted in state-of-the-art hosting farms. Each farm is behind a series of load balancers that allows any of the servers to be removed from the hosting environment without affecting the performance and uptime of the applications.
Our Internet connectivity platform utilizes multiple ISP carriers for redundancy and fault tolerance.
The storage platform consists of multiple Fiber SANS using 15K RPM in a RAID-10 and RAID-6 configuration across a large array of disks. This provides high performance and availability with over 120TB of storage capacity. The server farm platform is scalable to utilize over 100 cores and 2.5TB of memory. This allows ingestion and processing of data at a rapid rate for hundreds of millions of emails and documents.
The hosting environment is monitored 24/7 all year round. For security, we utilize Juniper ISP grade firewalls, intrusion detection, virus protection and access control to protect the hosting infrastructure from security breaches.
For the network infrastructure, we utilize enterprise grade Juniper switches using a multi-Gig-E ring for resiliency and performance. Each server farm is segmented by VLANs to provide security and traffic segmentation. We provide disaster recovery using high performance clusters and virtualization for multiple servers while running several levels of backups nightly.
When data is outside the data center during collection and transfer, we employ hardware encryption to protect access to the data.
Physical Security
Each Evolve Discovery office facility is designed to protect and secure your data. Multi-tier protection measurements are used to prevent unauthorized access into our facilities. Electronic Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance and security personnel monitors exist in all our facilities 24/7 to minimize exposure and security breaches.
Hosting Security
Each of Evolve Discovery's data centers maintain the highest possible standards for physical security and is equipped with state-of-the-art video and audio monitoring equipment with 24/7 on-site security personnel. All people entering the building are required to register with the security office and leave a valid ID while in the building. Those not on the access list, are not allowed into the building without an escort. We check in visitors a second time prior to entry into our data center on the second floor. The Network Operation Center is staffed 24/7 and is afforded a direct line-of-site view into the data center.
Data Management
Evolve Discovery has implemented information security industry standards to handle your information data. Essentially, procedures and policies are in place to prevent the disclosure of information to unauthorized individuals or systems. Evolve Discovery uses security control mechanisms to restrict access to client information. All authorized users must follow the organization's Information Security Policies and Guidelines to access (on-site or remote) any system containing client information data.
